Who is DaHospitalityGuy?

DaHospitalityGuy is an out of work hospitality manager.  He worked managing the desk and kitchens of major hotel chains in major metropolitan areas and most recently was the General Manager of a well known national pizza restaurant chain in the Twin Cities.
